Program and Team Objectives

Objectives in Savah play a key role in aligning teams and stakeholders around shared goals during a Program Increment (PI). With real-time tracking and smart linking to Features and Stories, Savah removes the need for manual updates and provides complete transparency into progress and value delivery.

Purpose of Objectives

  • Encourage goal alignment across teams.

  • Drive visibility for progress and business value achievement.

  • Support both Program-level and Team-level planning.

Types of Objectives in Savah

  1. Committed Objectives These are the goals teams commit to achieving during the PI.

  • Objectives can be linked to Features (Epics) and Stories.

  • This enables automatic progress tracking based on the completion of linked items.

  • For Jira-integrated users, it is recommended to link Epics to leverage story-level completion.
