Manage Workflows
Savah provides full flexibility in customizing workflows for every artifact on the Program Board. Whether you're managing Epics, Stories, Milestones, Phases, Dependencies, Objectives, or Risks, you can define workflows that reflect your team’s process and governance.
Workflow Customization
Each artifact type has its own configurable workflow, allowing you to define and manage statuses that fit your planning structure. These statuses control how items move across planning stages and help teams visualize progress more effectively.
Accessing Workflow Settings
To manage workflows, follow these steps:
Navigate to Administration Settings (only accessible to Super Admins).
Click on Workflows in the sidebar.
You’ll see a list of artifacts (Epics, Stories, Milestones, etc.). Select the item type you want to configure.
View or edit the statuses for the selected item:
Add New Status – Give it a name and select a color.
Edit Existing Status – Modify the name or color as needed.
Delete Status – Remove statuses no longer required.

Any change you make to a workflow—adding, editing, or removing a status—will immediately reflect across all relevant items on all Program Boards. This ensures consistency and minimizes configuration overhead.
