How to reset the Password
How to Update or Reset Your Password in Savah
Keeping your Savah account secure is important. You can easily update your password from the profile settings. Follow these steps to reset or change your password.
1. Open Your Profile
From the left navigation menu:
Click the Profile icon at the bottom-left.
Then click on the Profile link to open the profile Popup.
2. Access the Password Tab
Inside the profile popup:
Click on the Password tab to manage your password settings.
3. Enter Password Details
You will see three input fields:
Current Password – Enter your current password
New Password – Type your new password
Confirm Password – Re-enter your new password to confirm
Password Requirements:
Your password must:
Be 8–15 characters long
Contain at least one uppercase letter
Contain at least one lowercase letter
Include at least one number
Include at least one special character (e.g.,
@,#,$)
4. Save Your New Password
Click the Update Password button to save your changes.
A confirmation message will appear once your password is updated successfully.
